REPLACEMENT OF PARKING DECALS
Dear homeowners and tenants,
We would like to inform you about an important decision made during a recent association meeting regarding the replacement of parking decals.
Reason for Replacement:
The current parking decals have been adversely affected by rain, heat, and sun, leading to fading and peeling. In response to this, the association has approved the replacement of these decals.
New "Interior" Decals:
The new replacement decals will be interior-mounted, meaning they will be placed on the inside of your driver’s side rear window rather than the exterior. This change is aimed at improving durability and ensuring a longer lifespan for the decals. Parking Boss, which manages the parking system, did not charge the association for the new decals.
Tinted Windows:
In most cases, we can scan the QR codes on the decals for enforcement purposes, even with tinted windows. If tinting does prevent a scan, we can also scan the license plate to verify registration.
Motorcycles/Scooters:
All motorcycles and scooters must be registered. Even if there isn’t room to display a decal, the plates are registered in the system, and we can scan those.
Registration Process:
To ease the transition, we created an online form for you to provide your current vehicle registration (must be current and not expired), building and unit number, and contact information, including email and phone number. This information will be cross-referenced with our records of approved residents, and once verified, the new decal will be issued to the resident. *It is important to note that if you are not an approved resident, you will not be issued a decal until you have gone through the interview and approval process required of all residents.
OPTIONS TO OBTAIN A NEW DECAL:
1. Online Registration:
Visit www.bit.ly/NewDecal2024 to complete the online form.
Residents will be required to upload proof of residence and current vehicle registration online; once verified, the new decal and placement instructions will be delivered to your unit or to your mailing address if you do not live here year-round.
3. In-Person Assistance:
The property manager will be available at the Association's clubhouse on the following dates:
- Thursday, Dec. 14, 2023, from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM
- Saturday, Dec. 16, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Noon)
- Tuesday, Dec. 19th, 2023, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM
- Tuesday, Dec. 26th, 2023, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
If you prefer to complete the registration in person, please visit the clubhouse during the dates and times above. The clubhouse is located by the pool area.
If you cannot be present on those dates, please contact the management company to make arrangements.
4. At the Management Office.
You are welcome to visit the management office to register your vehicle; please bring an ID as proof of residence and vehicle registration.

Deadline for Registration:
The deadline to complete the new decal registration is set for Thursday, Feb. 1, 2024 —approximately 60 days from today's date. Any unauthorized vehicle without the new decal after this date will be subject to a violation and towing at the owner's expense if not corrected.
Additional Information:
The parking system "Parking Boss" will remain the same.
Guest registration using the QR code on parking signs will also remain unchanged.
